If you never experienced remote PC access, you probably perceive it as something extra complicated and hard to set up. On the counterpart, availability of the Internet nowadays can blend borders between using computer found in the room you're in or one located miles away.

Our company, UGD Software, comes up with its latest project devoted to remote computer access and tech support over the Internet.

Although we are not pioneers in the branch of remote access software, but our product includes some proprietary algorithms that provide for exceptional features. The purpose of remote access is letting you control distant machine just the same way you will be using it at hand. It is achieved by means of transferring commands to remote PC over the Internet and then receiving back the image from its screen. Obviously, performance of remote access depends heavily on the image transfer rate. With our proprietary algorithm which is based on wavelet transformation principles, the speed of image transferring is significantly increased.

With benefit of fast image transfers, our software can be used for presentations and multi-user screen casts as well, while ensuring the performance will be at tits highest for each participant. The quality of display will be adjusted according to connection bandwidth in order to achieve good response time under any conditions.

Initial release is delivered for Windows PCs in two editions: free and premium. Later on we will catch up with MacOS and iOS platforms. For the rest, our remote access software has every standard feature expected from a program of its kind: text chat, file exchange, command prompt and more.

We will be happy if you share your opinion on the program with us.
